Who we are
This website is run by Vozile. For any privacy question or request, email contact@vozile.com.
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email, phone number (with country code), company (if you add it), the service and budget you choose, your message, and the page you sent it from. We use this only to reply to you and discuss your project.
Anonymous visit counts (no cookies)
Whatever you choose, we count page visits anonymously so we know how many people visit and roughly where from. For each page we record only the page address, the website or campaign that sent you (if any), your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) and browser, and an approximate country estimated from your browser's time zone or language. We don't use cookies or any identifier for this, we don't store your IP address, and these records can't be linked to each other or to you. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, we don't count you at all.
Information collected automatically, with your consent
Analytics (only if you allow it): an anonymous random ID for your browser, the pages you visit, buttons you click, videos you play, how far you scroll, time on page, your device and browser type, and where you came from (for example a search engine or campaign link). Your IP address is never stored as-is, only as a one-way scrambled code used to limit spam.
Personalisation (only if you allow it): a cookie that counts which of our service areas and services you look at, such as "Product engineering ×5". We use it to show you relevant services on our home page and pre-select your enquiry form. If you send an enquiry, these interests are included with it so we understand what you need.
If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, we treat it as a no until you choose otherwise in our cookie settings.

We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't sell or share your information with advertisers.
How long we keep information
Enquiries are kept until we no longer need them to deal with your request or our business relationship, and then deleted. Website activity is deleted automatically after about 13 months.
Who can see it
Only Vozile staff, through a password-protected admin area. Our website is hosted by Render (render.com), which stores the data on our behalf. Stock photos are loaded from Unsplash and fonts from Google Fonts, which receive standard technical information (such as your IP address) when your browser loads them.
Your choices and rights
You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using . Withdrawing deletes our analytics and personalisation storage from your browser. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing contact@vozile.com.
